Assigning User Permissions on General Setting Management

Configure user permissions for the multifunction printer/copier, and the upper limit for the amount of jobs available to users. Assigning user permissions can limit the functions and the amount of jobs available to users.

The following are three ways to configure settings:

  • Configure settings on an individual user basis

  • Configure settings for all users in a group on a batch basis

  • Configure settings for all users in a tenant on a batch basis

If you are using the user authentication app installed before May 25, 2020, perform the following steps in order to enable this function:

1Delete all users from the address book.

2Manually update "RSI Control+ Setup" at the application site.

Check the appropriate operating instructions for the multifunction printer/copier.

This step can be omitted if it has already been updated.

3Configure "Cloud Settings".
